FAQ

How long is the warranty on your products?

MASCOT provides a reasonable warranty covering workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is confirmed per product and order; contact our sales team for details.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers workmanship issues under normal use, such as loose stone settings, abnormal plating peeling and solder cracking, excluding man-made damage.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage from impacts, forced pulling, chemical contact or self-modification is not covered. Natural tarnishing of silver is a property of the metal and is not a quality defect.

What should I do if a quality issue occurs within the warranty?

Contact sales with your order number and photos. After verification we will repair, replace or resend according to the warranty policy.

Is blackened silver a quality problem?

No. Natural oxidation from air and sweat is a characteristic of silver, not a material defect. A polishing cloth or professional cleaning restores the shine.

How should I care for 14K/18K plated jewelry?

Avoid friction with hard objects, perfume and chemicals; remove before bathing or swimming; wipe gently with a soft cloth to extend the plating life.

Do you accept returns on custom products?

Custom items are made to your design and generally cannot be returned without reason. Workmanship issues are still covered by warranty; order terms apply.
